How to make a paper house?
A very simple idea to spend time together with your child. Create as many houses as you can together and build your own town. Use English vocabulary to manage your child work. Give him instructions in English.
To make a house we need:
1. A piece of coloured paper and carton
2. Glue
3. Stapler
4. Modeling clay
5. Scissors
6. Ruler
7. Pencil
Words for lesson:
1. fold
2. bend
3. turn over
4. hold
5. cut
6. paper house
7. glue
8. stick
9. take (a) ....(ruler)
1. Prepare everything you need.
2. Review the words about house. (Use our flashcards)
3. Measure the carton to make walls.
4. Cut the odd part.
5. Bend the carton according to the lines
6. Make a roof. Take the odd part of carton and cut a square. Then cut 2 small stripes: stick them to the square using glue or stapler. You will make handles to stick a roof to the walls.
7. Cut windows and stick them.
8. Using clay you can decorate your house with the window-sill.
9. Your house is ready! Time to play in your town!
